How does your loans work?
We offer loans between N$500.00 – N$4,000.00. They are repayable on your next pay date.
What is your interest rate?
Our interest rate is 25%. We have no other hidden costs.
Can I apply for a loan through your website?
Yes! Complete the online form on the Apply Now page
How long does it take to process a loan?
10 – 20 minutes depending the situation.
What if I am unable to pay?
Please contact our offices to discuss possible alternatives.
Do you offer loans to business people?
Unfortunately not as the loans we offer are unsecured.
What qualifies as an identity document?
ID card or Passport
I do not have one of the required documents. Can you make an exception?
Due to our loans being unsecured, we unfortunately cannot make an exception.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00
